looking for high quality Sao Paulo Popmart video

I'm looking for someone who can make me a high quality copy
of the MTV Popmart broadcast from Sao Paulo.

I want a copy from a master, and it must have excellent picture
and hi-fi stereo sound with absolutely no hiss.
