belfast has a new hotel/bar/restaurant just opened in the main
nightlife area, called Benedicts and i was there last night to check
it out. First impressions were good, nice decor (medievalesque) and
then we noticed that about half the songs they were playing over the
sound system were U2, and well, now we love the place.
of course, maybe its just a cunning marketing ploy to get people to
come in to the bar and in a few weeks they'll switch to playing Daniel
O'Donnell.....
