Thanks to those who have replied already. I thought I would write this
one last time.

I am willing to put the AB outtakes on CD-R for those people who would
like them.

My brother is able to burn a few (not mass produce) copies as a once
off.

You will get 3 CD-Rs with cases and colour inserts and AIR MAIL POSTAGE
to anywhere in the world for $40 US in cash. Cash only please as this is
most useful to me. No checks or money orders.
