Streets, PopMart Mexico, and Depeche Mode

Dearest Wirelings

I thought I would jump on the bandwagon and tell of my WTSHNN
conversion experience. Please bear with me.

I began to like U2 when I first heard Party Girl. I thought that was
just the funkiest little ditty I had ever heard. But I denied that I
ever liked U2 because I hated my brother's friend, and he loved them.
Immature, I know, and I'm sorry.

Anyway, the moment that I remember discovering Streets was late one
night when I was driving home from work. I found a Joshua Tree
cassette in the car and I decided to throw it in as I drove home on
streets where they truly have no name, Salt Lake City. If any of you
are from Salt Lake, or have visited here, you know that our streets
have numbers, not names. In fact, the street I live on has no name,
it is a lovely number! Anyway, back to the conversion. As the intro
began I was amazed! I was in heaven. I had heard the song many times
before, but this particular time it really hit me. It is a very
powerful song, and I get chills whenever I listen to my PopHeart
single, or watch Rattle and Hum, ZOO TV, or PopMart. It was that cold
winter night that I started to be obsessed with U2.

As for the PopMart video, I love it! It is a lot better than the
Showtime broadcast. The sound is better, the colors are brighter, the
angles are better. It is a worthwhile investment.

Now I have a question. Does anyone know if there are any Depeche Mode
sites similar to www.u2poparchive.com. I am looking for something
that has set lists and information from the Depeche Mode Singles
'86-'98 Tour. If you know of anything, please e-mail me.

Thanks,
Spencer
