I heard recently that "Gloria" and a lot of the other October tracks
were left off because when they went back to remaster the songs from the
origonals, they found that the October master tapes have experienced
some wear and tear over the years. Because of ths, many songs couldn't
be salvaged. I believe this info came from an interview I read, but I
can't remember where. Hope this helps.
