okay, it's time to eat about a ton of crow here . . . the whole thing
earlier this year of *pulling an IGWSHA* (more appropriately, pulling a
jimmy) was my brainchild and i urge you to NOT try this again. I truly
believe me and my idea did not help the IGWSHA situation in anyway, and
sadly kept it from ever being played on the radio. Please do not do this
for the sweetest thing. If the stations wanna play it, they will. As I
learned from my fiasco, radio stations use test audiences to determine
what goes on the air, requests are played only if the song is currently
or was at one point in time, on their playlist, and a *radio friendly*
request will be played over an obscure request anyday. Once again I
stress, from my experience, THIS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA. Please keep this in
mind before something else is intiated.
