A U2 concert here, a Pope there...
Well, I've now been twice to the Trans World Dome in my home town, and, as
I told my family whilst waiting for the Pope's Mass to begin yesterday
morning, both times I participated in massively spiritual events. ;) And
guess what? Both events featured a backdrop of a large arch!
The Mass was better attended, though.
Angela
P.S. A Protestant friend who attended the youth rally the day before said
the music was horrible--lots of MOR "white gospel" stuff. She said all she
was thinking was how much better it would have been had they just played
U2.
