Propaganda: The Answer (PLEASE READ)

I've seen the question asked many times, but have yet to see the answer.
So here it is...

A fellow wireling (former wireling actually...)and I have contacted 3
different people at Propaganda. All say that Issue 28/29 counts as ONE
issue. One stated that she hopes the next issue will be numbered 29 to
avoid any additional confusion. All three said you'll know when to renew
because your final issue will include a renewal notice.

I hope this clears everything up.
