I used to intern at PolyGram until December when I graduated from school
so now I can't intern there any longer. Anyway, from what I heard
around the office is the U2 did in fact change labels and moved over to
Interscope. From what I understand it only affects North America so for
the rest of the world it is still Island. I didn't share this in the
past because I felt that it was "office gossip" I wanted to wait until
I got a little bit more of a confirmation. For all I know I could be
passing false info, but I don't think we would be hearing announcements
on MTV if there wasn't some truth to it. Truth be told I don't really
care what label U2 is on as long as they are still making music!

P.S. I was at the House of Blues in LA on Friday night and saw the
Young Dubliners. A very cool band well worth checking out if you ever
see them playing in your area.
