U2 reference on the Simpsons tonight

I'm sitting here watching the Simpsons tonight and they just inserted a
clever little U2 reference.
For those of you who did not watch the epsidode, all of the children in the
town of Springfield have to abide by a new curfew.

So all the kids are out playing when Chief Wiggim cruises down the street
announcing enforcement of the curfew and warning the kids to go home. He
starts out his warning with

"Achtung babies! There is a curfew in effect"

very subtle, and very very clever
