It came from Macphisto's good-bye speech in Sydney, Nov. 27 1993

that segment starts:

"good bye Michael. Good bye all you neo-Nazis. I hope that give you
Auschwitz."

The part about Michael is confusing to most people. Evidently, he was
going to say, "Goodbye, Michael- I hope they give you a new penis." As
may remember, this is when Michael Jackson was accused of sex with a 12
year old boy, where he had to get pictures taken below the waist. I don't
know if outside the US Jackson's TV appearance describing how horrible it
was or how he was innocent aired.
