Need help with english project ( U2 content)

Hello fellow U2ers,
I have an assignment for my english class that I want to incorporate U2
into. First what are some guiding myths that you have found in U2's music or
with the band themselves?? Also, my teacher is letting us bring in a song
that depicts an archetype of somesort, such as: acquisition of knowledge,
loss of innocence, changes, or heros. Whatever thoughts or ideas anyone has
out there in wireland are welcome. Thanks in advance.
