"October" rare? Sigh...
"October" *DID* go Platinum in the U.S. All of
U2's albums and EPs went at least Platinum in the U.S.
I'm not sure of the sales in Canada, but considering the
popularity of U2 in Canada ("POP" was SO popular in Canada
that Island/Polygram re-released the "Achtung Baby" singles -
and they all charted in the top 40!) I doubt "October" is
difficult to find there or anywhere else. Maybe it was
"rare" to that person.
eBay offers some good things, but it definitely is a
"buyer beware" deal. I bought a few things through eBay,
some at a good price, some at a so-so price. If you
use eBay check carefully for the quality and if the product
is an original or CD-R copy.
