Hiya Joy...
Stay at a Bed & Breakfast. They're relatively inexpensive, you get
pampered, you get a big no-way-can-you-eat-it-all breakfast each
morning, you get super nice B&B owners to answer all your "I'm a dorky
American who knows nothing about Ireland" questions. The last time I was
there my B&B owner drove me into town one day. Oh, I'm driving right by
there, hop in. Super nice. And she even acted all Mom like on me one
morning after I had been out dancing at Ri Ra's till 3 am the night
before. You came in at what time last night, Jessi? Hehe....

-Jess (dancing in Dublin in her mind)

PS-If you want super cheap stay at a Youth Hostel. You'll meet lotsa
great people.
