New Propaganda-only CD next year?

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, but on the back of the
merchandise leaflet (which offers a The Best Of U2 t-shirt) the
Prop's editor, Martin Wroe writes (among other things):

"Meanwhile, plans are also underway to release a second highly
desirable Propaganda-only U2 cd release... We hope to offer the
exclusive CD with Propaganda next year - but only to paid up
subscribers."

You can also send them your track listing for The Best Of 1990-2000
(that's what they call it).
