David Way is living up to his name and leading us wayward onto non-U2
topics. :) But to put some U2 content back into a non-U2 topic, Melbourne
is justifiably the Emerald City (even though technically it isn't ;) )
because it's home to the Australian U2 Show, thus giving us a link to the
Emerald Isle. And Melbourne is the city where U2 fans will be gathering in
Australia on new year's eve to count in the new year at the Dan O'Connell
hotel with the boys. :) Does anyone know whether they've ever done a New
Year's gig before? And can we persuade them to break the 1am curfew this
time? ;)

Well, fellow Wireling Flare does say that one of the top 5 Shazza facts is
that my mother took me to see Abba when I was 7... And Kylie Bloody
Minogue is currently charting with a cover of Dancing Queen...
