You must be reading my mind. As much as I love U2, no way am I heading to a
party where they are playing with other artists on New Year's Eve 1999. I
couldn't think of a worst way to bring in U2K :-) I'll be sitting at home
with my shotgun across my lap watching it on the computer or tv. Of course, I
hope U2 plays before midnight ;-)

Faith Evans video: yep, saw it and U2/Discotheque also leapt into my mind.
Not just because she had a mirrorball but because of use of being inside of a
mirrorball similar to Discotheque but a lot tackier. Also, Will Smith's Miami
song/video bring up U2 memories. One, because of the U2's song and two,
seeing the strip where Wet Willie's is and remembering that's where Wireami
was held.
