Y2K compliance for gartholamew.com mailing lists

for subscribers to hey-joe, janes-addiction, u2-list, weezer-rules,
and tears4-fears hosted at gartholamew.com:

i did a Y2K audit and found a bug which i thought i had corrected
several years ago. i think i covered everything, but i haven't
actually done a Y2K test to see what happens when the clock rolls
over to 00. i am going to just let the lists run, and we'll see
if something dies. let's hope the rest of the world isn't so lax
as i am regarding Y2K. if i get the chance, i will do a real test.
