Margaret Atwood and "The Boxer"

I've heard it mentioned before that the line "Don't let the bastards grind
you down" from Acrobat is actually by the author Margaret Atwood. Is that
true? If so, what book is it from? Just curious.

Next question: Is "The Boxer" soundtrack worth buying? I really like
Gavin Friday's album Shag Tobacco - is it anything like that? By the way,
did anyone else catch Bono and The Edge on Pavorotti and Friends last
night? I finally saw it!
