Interference Ticker

Has there been anyone to download the Ticker off Interference who has
Windows NT?

I'm having a problem with downloading this and would appreciate your help.

It gives me an error saying "Component 'SHDOCVW.DLL' not correctly
registered: file is missing or invalid".
