America Online to Buy Netscape Communications for $4.2 Billion

America Online Inc. just agreed to buy Netscape Communications Corp. for
about $4.2 billion in a stock swap and pooling of interests. Sun
Microsystems Inc. is also involved in a development deal with the
combined company.
