Sweetest Thing clarification

Hi. I was hoping someone could answer my questions about "Sweetest Thing."
The other day I read some news post saying this song was not released in
the US as a single. Can anyone verify that this is true or false? Some
people in the US have reported hearing this song on the radio all the time
(I have not) but maybe it's like how we hear Pearl Jam's "Black" (ie-- it
wasn't released as a single (or was it?) but some radio stations play it
cause it's an awesome song). If anyone can clear this up for me, I'd
appreciate it. Thanks!
