Propaganda E-Mail Address.

I subscribed to Propaganda and I've realized that I have only received
2 issues so far. The last one I received was the Winter 1997 issue.

Can someone tell when the next issue was released?

Also, can someone please send me the propaganda email address?

I want to know what's going on with my subscription!
