Popmart vid in Europe/best vids

It looks like that the Mexico Popmart vid is delayed in the US, but it was
released
here in Europe (at least in Austria) anyway. Nearly every record shop does
have a bunch of it.

Just on a sidenote, the cover of the video looks different than the scans
that were available on the web.
Maybe because it's the PAL version.
