Please Help With One Live Lyrics!

I have a question about the lyrics that Bono send at the end of One in
concert. What are they exactly?

I know he starts out "Here me calling, hear me lord, here me knockin,
knockin at you door... (scrathcin at your door)" but then I can never make
out the rest. Please help, this is of the utmost importance!
