LTD Best Of Release in Hoser-land(a.k.a. Canada)

The LTD Best Of will be numbered in Canada(probably to increase its
collectorability...) . After checking with a few stores, HMV, A&B
Sound, the best price I could come up with is $25.99 at A&B Sound...

Can anyone do better than that?
