How to get ST singles cheap in the US

I don't recall seeing this posted yet, so...
If you go to www.cd-plus.com you can get both of the ST singles straight
from Canada for about US$10 including shipping. That is: both singles +
shipping = $10. I'm not sure of the exact cost to the cent since I
don't know the shipping cost yet, but the singles are only US$3.32 each.
