When I saw this video today, I actually applauded my TV set. Felt
pretty dumb afterwards, considering that I was alone in my house at the
time, but I gave my TV and VCR a standing ovation. And I don't think
that the light bulb was a blooper, seeing as though I'm sure they could
have edited it out if they wanted to. And when I first heard it on the
radio, I turned it up so loud my car shook (I actually was stopped at
light in front of a police station, and a couple of the policemen out
front started laughing at me. I yelled to them that it was a new U2
song as the light changed, and they laughed and waved). Funny how a
song I've heard a million times can suddenly be so much better- I had
even heard the new version on the internet before this. Radio is so
much more fulfilling...
Anyway, that's enough out of me for today.
