help me--about Propaganda

Hi Wire!
Has everyone in the States gotten their latest copy of Propaganda???
My cousin got hers last week and I haven't gotten mine yet. Is there
somewhere I can write to about this or am I just a little too paraniod
about not recieving it yet? Help! Email me privately.
