Hi --
It's the first track on an album called "Songs of Jimmie Rodgers," which
was released in August, 1997 on Bob Dylan's own new label - Egyptian
Records.
Great song! Dylan himself appears on the album, along with Van Morrison,
John Mellencamp, and many others.
