Real Video question - indirect U2 content

Hi!
I have a quick question - does anyone know if/where I can get some software to
convert Real Video files to .mov or .avi? I've been looking around the web
but the only video encoders I can find won't convert Real Video....
What I want to do is convert the ST video so I can capture some stills from
it.
