Popmart Sandiago Question

I'm wondering if somebody can maybe give me the words that the woman says
in "Mothers of The Disappeared" from the Live Popmart Santiago show. A
woman speaks through the whole song and the crowd goes quite mad! Just
unfortunate I (and many others I hope) don't understand Spanish! ):

I got the song from http://www.geocities.com/~bonogirl it should still be
there if somebody dosn't have it yet. I emailed her, and she couldn't get
a translation herself and suggested I ask some of you good folk for a
translation. Any takers?

I had a quick look through the archives, didn't see anything mentioning
it. Just another firsttime poster to wired :P
