Egads! I didn't know that Bono had had so much vocal cord damage on the
R&H tour. Bleeding?--Damn! This is *not* cool. I'm not surprised....
plenty of rock stars have had similar problems. Grace Slick had to have
(at least) three operations on her vocal cords early in her career. No,
the smoking doesn't help, although Roy Orbison had the Cigarette Habit
>From Hell and sounded great until his death. I don't exactly love
hearing news like this.
