U2 Fonts?

I am looking for fonts that best represent U2's albums..

I know of the following:
Grunge - Melon
Arial - Pop

But what would be best for Boy, October, War, Unforgettable Fire, JT, R&H,
Achtung, Zooropa and OS1? and possibly the ZOO TV font...

Also how do you get an * that is lowered, in the middle as on Pop
