Peter Rowen ??!

I was watching The Commitments on video (again! i love that movie!)
yesterday and the credits say that the kid with the skateboard [the one
who came to audition and Jimmy made him audition outside the house but
he refused coz he's too embarrassed to sing on the streets], is Peter
Rowen.

also in The Snapper (the movie) one of the brother's (the one with the
ponytail) is again, in the credits, stated as, Peter Rowen

so is this the Peter Rowen who is on the cover of the Boy and War
albums????
