I don't think the release of the anthology means that U2 are anywhere
close to calling it quits. Heck, they're already back in the studio,
starting to work on another album, which will probably be followed by a
tour. It's true that 20 years is a heck of a long time to stay in such
a cut-throat, high-stress business. They've been able to do it in large
part because they're so talented. As long as their creative juices flow,
they'll be with us. Look at the Stones. They're doing it too and they
started a good 15 years before U2 did.
