sydney popmart bootleg scam?

hey, I was just wondering if anybody out there knows of some guy called
DANNY BEST??? I was trying to get a copy of the sydney popmart bootleg
on cd for ages and this guy seemed to have a pritty good setup. I mean
just looking at his web page it's a ton of work to do for such a little
reward (and high risk) if it was a scam. So I sent him my money for the
bootleg (stupid I know but I really wanted it sooo bad) and that's the
last I was in contact with him. He doesn't reply to e-mails, letters or
anything. I woundn't mind that much usually but I've had trouble lately
getting the money for rent and I can't afford to throw away money like
that. So now I can't afford to buy the bootleg from somewhere else!
   so has anybody else been scammed by this guy??? (his web page is at
http://members.tripod.com/~U2live ) anybody have a cheap cd cpoy of the
sydney popmart (as in free??... just though I'd try!) anybody know where
this guy lives?? All I know is it's somewhere in Kent Town south
