Rumour: U2 at Slane '99

so without giving my "two cents" on the Greatest Hits album I'll just
say that from what I've seen I personally think its a hoax.

I heard a RUMOUR (NOTE: I SAID RUMOUR) that one of the
reasons that Paul McGuinness was at Slane on saturday was to
check out the possibility of U2 playing there next year. As we all
know U2 have never headlined there and it gives substance
to the "new album et tour '99" rumour. So there ye go one more
reason to hope for a new album soon!
