CDDB.COM is a server where you can download
CD tracklistings for use with CD Player Applications so
that you don't have to enter all the information when you
buy new CDs or decide to catalog your CD collection.
Of course you also upload Listings that you entered
yourself so that others can download them.

I think most probably someone made himself/herself
a U2 Greatest Hits CD-R and uploaded the track
listing to the site.
