There are a few WIRELINGS that speak as if U2
was going through some sort of Mid-Life Crisis.
Such as:

>>I'll support the band no matter what is decided.

>>HEY IF THE BOYS WANNA DO THIS I FOR
    ONE AM ALL FOR IT

>>If they release a greatest hits album
    I'll stop being a fan.

>>a greatest hits album would signal the
    end is near

Are they going away or something? Are they going
to do something that'll ruin their reputation?
I mean, get a grip.

Robbie said it best:

>Would somebody explain what's really so bad about a band that's
>been going for over 20 years *finally* putting out a Greatest Hits
>album?
>I'm sure every band that's been together that long has done it,
>and more than once probably.
>AND most bands that haven't been together that long have, too.
>It's just not that big of a deal everybody.
