Hi Karine and all,
In the KROQ Pop Invasion interview from last year, Bono said that the reason
 the Clarence is so expensive is because it costs a lot to run it. They didn't
 want it to be "posh" but it couldn't be helped. (Renovation costs, I suppose)
Oh well, that's why credit cards were invented! ;-)
