I need info about Hold Me Thrill Me... live

from what show, when Bono usually does his hysterical laughter as he
enters for the encore, he first says "Lemon...lemon...the chicks love
the lemon!", then he does his laughing.

i have this on an original cd (Last Night On Earth) and it is listed as
another song , but the info isnt given...any help would be much
appreciated!!!
