Hi Everyone,
I was wondering , has anyone used a minidisc recorder for
recording concerts , if so what is the sound quality like? are they
comparable to a DAT recorder or noticeably inferior? I also wanted to
know if there is any point in recording a concert with a stereo mike.
Are dat recordings usually made in mono or stereo? If they are made in
stereo , is it necessary to change DAT tapes half way through? Finally
if a recording is made in mono , what kind of equipment is needed to
convert it to both left and right channels so that it can be burnt onto
CD?

THANKS

ANDREW
