U2 Ultra Rare Trax CD

I have just seen this CD for sale and have never seen it here before
(Melbourne, Australia)? It has Bono as Macphisto on the cover.

Can anyone give me an idea of what it is worth (didn't see the price tag)
and if it is worth buying at all? Please email me privately.
