Orange CD (propaganda remixes, fruit boot) question

I always thought that the only "official" fruit bootleg was Melon.
However, I just read in the U2 News (I think by "who nees Bathroons")
in Wire about an Orange CD for Propaganda coming out. Is it an
official Island CD? What is the tracklist?

Or is it just the same as Pineapple and Kiwi and whatever else..being
just unofficial bootlegs? or were they official too?

Someone please enlighten me on this..
