For those upset about the delay with the latest Propaganda - if you read
the cover page with your address on it from any of your previous
(recent) issues, you should find the statement "The mag is not published
on a quarterly basis, or in fact, any timely basis at all. So please be
patient if you feel there is a lapse in your subscription. Remember 4
ISSUES GUARANTEED!"

If Propaganda has given this info at the outset, which they have, then I
don't think we should complain too hard. What's the use of rushing out
a new issue if there's nothing to actually put in it? I'd personally
rather wait for something that is to the quality that they feel is best.
