Question about an old EP I just picked up (U2 R.O.K/Fire)

I picked up this single in perfect condition on CD yesterday for eight bucks
Canadian. It says Island/BMG so I think it's not a boot, but it could be
fake. The sound quality sounds like it's soundboard, though. Can anybody
tell me about this?
