The video you're referring to is part of the Rattle and Hum outtakes there
are a total of six videos that part is in one of them I think it's the third
one. Anyway you can see Bono with his cast/sling thing on in the Rattle and
Hum movie while he's listening to that street band play Freedom For My
People. You can get the Rattle and Hum outtakes from video traders and even
some bootleg shops. They're out there you just have to find them.
