mj and u2

let's see here, my original question was:

1. asking if anybody, outside the us, could identify michael jordan by
picture only.

2. had nothing to do with race.

3. didn't have anything to do with u2.

4. i did apologize for non-u2 content, but was only curious about
popularity of u.s. icon(mj) around the world as compared to world
popularity of world cup players and why soccer is not as popular in
mainstream america.

thx if this clears up any confusion about orgin of post....now back to
our show....
