homosexuality and the Bible

Just had to comment on this whole homosexuality and the Bible thing, I
believe that the Bible is quite clear on this issue

1 Corinthians 6:9-10
"Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do
not
be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor adulterers nor male
prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor
drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."

Note that homosexuality is not listed as being worse than any of these other
things, nor is hatred preached against people sinning in this way! Any of
these sins can be forgiven and sanctified through Jesus Christ if we turn to
him! Also, the Bible makes it clear that Christians are to act towards these
people with love and compassion, not hatred and persecution! For, after
all,
we are just as sinful and unworthy of salvation as they are!
